Dear Neftaly Royal Committee,
As we approach the festive season, I hereby submit a formal request on behalf of the Neftaly Human Capital Royal for approval to observe a recess period.
We respectfully request that the Human Capital team be granted leave to close operations on 12 December 2025 and resume duties on 5 January 2026.
This break will allow the team sufficient time to rest, rejuvenate, and prepare for the upcoming year’s activities and strategic objectives.
We remain committed to ensuring a smooth transition into the recess period and will finalise all outstanding tasks and reporting obligations prior to closing. Additionally, we will ensure that any urgent matters are addressed before the proposed recess date.
We kindly request the Royal Committee’s consideration and approval of this request.
