  • NeftalyCER-Request extension of Implimantation to January of Policy P238

To the CEO of Neftaly, Neftaly Malatjie, Royal Committee Chairperson Clifford Legodi, Neftaly Royal Chiefs and Human Capital

    Kgotso a ebe le lena

I am writing to respectfully request an extension for the implementation of Policy P238 to January of next year. Upon reviewing the latest reports, it has become evident that none of the current submissions are fully compliant with the revised requirements of the policy. As you are aware, the policy was recently amended, and the changes have not yet been adequately communicated or operationalized across all Human Capital units.

In order to ensure full compliance and proper execution, I kindly request additional time to conduct a comprehensive workshop for the Human Capital teams. This will allow us to clarify the updated expectations, provide guidance on required processes, and address any gaps that may hinder successful adherence. Additionally, due to insufficient or outdated contact information, I have been unable to reach certain Human Capital representatives, further affecting the rollout process.

Given that we are approaching year-end closure, I sincerely ask that the implementation be postponed to January. This adjustment will support a smoother transition and set a strong foundation for the year ahead.however other reports are pages not found due to the lost of data on the websites.

I kindly request your urgent intervention regarding the outstanding payments for the Human Capital team. Several members have not received their salaries for the past two months, which has placed them under significant financial stress.

Timely payment is essential for maintaining staff morale, stability, and productivity. I therefore respectfully ask that the pending payments be processed as soon as possible to support our colleagues during this difficult period.

Thank you for considering this request. I remain committed to ensuring full compliance with Policy P238 and believe that this extension will greatly enhance the quality and effectiveness of its implementation. I am available to discuss this matter further at your convenience.

    My message shall end here
