Job Summary

The Neftaly Development Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all development, fundraising, partnership-building, and donor engagement activities to support Neftaly’s mission of empowering youth and communities across Southern Africa. The role involves identifying funding opportunities, building strategic relationships, writing compelling proposals, managing donor relations, and ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of the organization. The Development Manager also works closely with program and communications teams to align funding needs with strategic priorities.
