Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Brand Perception Studies Research Freelancer to join our monthly research initiatives. The successful candidate will conduct in-depth product performance evaluations, quality assurance assessments, and user satisfaction studies. This freelance role involves applying a variety of research methodologies to deliver actionable insights that drive product improvements and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct product functionality testing to assess whether products meet their intended purpose and feature set.

Perform quality assurance checks to ensure product reliability and standards compliance.

Measure user satisfaction through surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and focus groups.

Identify and report on areas for product improvement based on user feedback and testing results.

Analyze usage patterns to understand how products integrate into users’ daily routines.

Track and report on performance metrics, including usability and quality indicators.

Evaluate the learning curve for product adoption and ease of use.

Apply both quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques to interpret research data.

Prepare clear and compelling reports and visualizations (charts, graphs, infographics) for stakeholders.

Develop action plans to enhance product quality, user experience, and customer support.

Establish and maintain a feedback loop for continuous monitoring and refinement of products.

Conduct regular updates and reviews reflecting evolving market conditions and consumer needs.
Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in product testing, user research, or brand perception studies.

Strong knowledge of research methodologies including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and observational studies.

Excellent data analysis skills, both quantitative and qualitative.

Proficiency in data visualization tools and report writing.
