Neftaly The “United Africa in Diversity: Empowering Communities through Inclusive Sports” (UniAfric) project is designed to foster social integration, youth empowerment, and economic resilience through sports. To ensure measurable and sustainable impact, Neftaly will follow key principles and an effective monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework at the local level.   1. Data-Driven Approach Conduct a situational analysis to assess social, economic, and health vulnerabilities of migrants and host communities. Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify the most vulnerable youth including migrants and households. Map local socio-economic networks, skills development opportunities, and employment pathways to track changes over time.   Impact Measurement: Baseline and follow-up surveys to track improvement in economic and social well-being. Participant retention and success rates in training and employment programs. Community feedback mechanisms to evaluate effectiveness.   2. Innovation & Creative Solutions ·          Implement technology-driven solutions to enhance youth engagement and sports participation. ·          Encourage social entrepreneurship by linking youth to emerging economic opportunities.   Impact Measurement: ·          Adoption rates of digital and innovative sports platforms. ·          Number of youth-led initiatives that emerge from the project.   3. Youth Participation & Leadership ·          Engage young people in decision-making, project implementation, and community outreach. ·          Foster leadership skills through training programs and mentorship. Mentorship & Skills Development Establish a mentorship program connecting experienced coaches, professionals, and young participants. Facilitate peer learning and knowledge-sharing sessions.
