To ensure measurable and sustainable impact, Neftaly will follow key principles and an effective monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework at the local level. 1. Data-Driven Approach Conduct a situational analysis to assess social, economic, and health vulnerabilities of migrants and host communities. Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify the most vulnerable youth including migrants and households. Map local socio-economic networks, skills development opportunities, and employment pathways to track changes over time. Impact Measurement: Baseline and follow-up surveys to track improvement in economic and social well-being. Participant retention and success rates in training and employment programs. Community feedback mechanisms to evaluate effectiveness. 2.
