Key Responsibilities
- The Rooms Division Attendant is responsible for exceeding Rooms Division targets, reducing friction points, and ensuring guest satisfaction. They utilize Princess MedallionClass products, services, and applications to maximize the guest and teammate experience. They take ownership of product delivery and apply the Service Excellence philosophy.
- The Rooms Division Attendant maintains the company’s standard of housekeeping, sanitation, and maintenance in accordance with HESS protocols. They prepare and maintain a clean, sanitized, and welcoming public area, anticipating guest needs and reporting maintenance issues. They promptly set up locations for activities, official inspections, and special events. They responsibly use consumable items, linen, and cleaning chemicals, avoiding unnecessary waste. They maintain assigned equipment clean and in good condition.
- The Rooms Division Attendant is knowledgeable about product, policy, demographic, itinerary, and port information. They embrace an inclusive and diverse culture, instilling Shared Purpose, Core Values, and CRUISE service essentials. They share best practices and efficiencies with the Rooms Division leadership team and colleagues. They follow appropriate procedures for handling garbage, bio-hazardous, and sharps waste, and collaborate with those in charge to create a safe environment.
- The Rooms Division Attendant also maintains current knowledge of public health standards and ensures continuous compliance with hotel-related policies. They promptly coordinate onboard resources to respond to outbreak situations requiring increased sanitation levels.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- A minimum of one year of experience in housekeeping from luxury hotels or resorts is also required.
- Ability to comprehend public health and environmental requirements pertaining to crew public areas is essential.
- Furthermore, the ability to communicate effectively in English is necessary.
- Understanding of the foundation of guest service; ability and willingness to deliver outstanding service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
- The Fitter Carpet is responsible for consistently maintaining all carpeted areas onboard using established carpet fitting techniques and standards, and ensure the highest standard of replacement/repair of all carpet in all guest and crew accommodation and public areas.
- This includes responding promptly and efficiently to authorized carpet defect reports and ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- The role requires a professional demeanor at all times, starting with a warm and respectful greeting and maintaining a clean, presentable appearance.
- The Fitter Carpet must also keep the workplace clean and organized, and handle all tools and equipment with care.
- Collaboration is key to success in this role. The Fitter Carpet works closely with the reporting officer and the Senior Technical Storekeeper to ensure adequate stocks of parts and materials are maintained onboard.
- In addition, the Fitter Carpet is responsible for providing accurate, daily records of completed work and materials consumed for input into the AMOS maintenance system.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Minimum two (2) yearof s work experience in n carpet fitting or similar maintenance roles.
- Previous Cruise Ship Experience in a similar role is required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with AMOS or similar maintenance tracking systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of horticultural products onboard, including storage, preparation, and presentation.
- Produce and distribute high-quality floral arrangements for guest staterooms, public areas, special events, and onboard promotions in alignment with company standards.
