    • The Rooms Division Attendant is responsible for exceeding Rooms Division targets, reducing friction points, and ensuring guest satisfaction. They utilize Princess MedallionClass products, services, and applications to maximize the guest and teammate experience. They take ownership of product delivery and apply the Service Excellence philosophy.
    • The Rooms Division Attendant maintains the company’s standard of housekeeping, sanitation, and maintenance in accordance with HESS protocols.
