The correct location is Kinshasa The Position: The Programme Analyst, M&E will facilitate and substantively contribute to defining results, including theory of change, provides substantive inputs to the monitoring and tracking of results against defined targets and UNFPA Strategic Plan; facilitate and contribute to the reporting of results as well as knowledge management and maintenance of a culture of results. They also promote the use of the results information for adaptations. S/he also coordinates the development and implementation of costed evaluation plan and acts as evaluation manager and ensure the quality of evaluation processes and products in conformity with UNFPA Evaluation Quality Standards.Under the guidance of the Humanitarian Specialist on humanitarian programme related matters, you will report directly to the Head of Programme for planning and monitoring portfolio, and to the Head of Office for the evaluation portfolio. UNFPA DRC, in collaboration with SOIK Corporation and other partners, is implementing the project “Digitalization of Integrated Diagnostic and Treatment System Optimized for Remote Healthcare to Reduce Perinatal Mortality in the DRC”, funded under the FY2024 TICAD Supplementary Budget of the Government of Japan (GoJ). You will support the design, implementation, and management of the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) system for the japanese project.
