How to Access These Opportunities
If you or your organization are interested in benefiting from Neftalyโs funding, hereโs what seems to help:
- Monitor Neftalyโs Calls & Invitations
They regularly post invitations for grants and funding (for events, projects).ย staff.saypro.online+1 - Partnerships & Collaboration
Being or becoming a partnerโcorporate, donor, NPO, or local organizationโcan open up joint funding.ย investor.saypro.online+1 - Align with Key Focus Areas
Neftaly seems to prioritize youth empowerment, gender inclusion, social entrepreneurship, community upliftment, and skills-development. Projects aligned with those are more likely to be funded.ย staff.saypro.online+4saypro.support+4travel.saypro.online+4 - Capacity & Reporting
For many grants, having systems for monitoring, evaluation, and showing impact are important (so funders see value). Neftaly has won awards for its monitoring and evaluation.ย Bizcommunity - Formalize Your Request
Proposals, budgets, well-defined activities, timelines, outcomes. Usually, formal proposals are needed for grant funding. From Neftalyโs consultancy / project submissions (e.g. the ECOWYL project) we see comprehensive proposal structure.ย saypro.support - Transparency & Accountability
Showing how funds will be used, being accountable, giving reports, etc. These are always part of grant funding expectations.
Types of Neftaly Funding Opportunities
1. Grants and Development Funds
Neftaly secures and administers grants from government institutions, foundations, international agencies, and corporate partners. These grants are directed towards projects that focus on:
- Youth empowerment and skills development
- Gender equality and inclusion
- Entrepreneurship and job creation
- Health, education, and community upliftment
- Innovation and technology advancement
2. Donor and Partnership Funding
Through global and regional collaborations, Neftaly partners with donors, foundations, and private sector organisations to support strategic programs. This includes co-funding arrangements, development grants, and capacity-building investments aimed at long-term sustainability.
3. Training and Capacity-Building Support
Neftaly offers funding for professional development, vocational training, and leadership capacity-building. This includes short courses, workshops, and international training opportunities through partnerships such as Erasmus+ and other development initiatives.
4. Scholarships and Educational Assistance
The Neftaly Scholarship Program supports students and professionals who wish to pursue further education, skills certification, or research in priority development areas. The scholarships aim to remove financial barriers and promote academic excellence.
5. Community and NPO Support
Neftaly provides financial and technical assistance to community-based organisations, NGOs, and social enterprises. This funding strengthens grassroots capacity, enhances impact delivery, and promotes accountability within the development ecosystem.
Key Features & Requirements
To access these opportunities, here are important things to note:
- Registration / Legitimacy: Usually, organisations applying must be legal entities (registered NPO/NGO) with bank accounts, proper governance structures. For individuals, proof of eligibility, sometimes academic records, sometimes proof of income or need. (en.saypro.online)
- Youth-led or Youth-inclusive: Many opportunities are meant for youth-led or youth-inclusive projects/organisations. (en.saypro.online)
- Alignment with priorities: The project or proposal needs to align with the thematic priorities of Neftaly and/or the donor: things like entrepreneurship, gender inclusion, economic empowerment, rural inclusion, climate or social justice. (saypro.support)
- Impact & Sustainability: Funding bodies look for proposals that show how the project will be sustainable beyond the grant, and how it will have lasting impact. Demonstrated capacity for monitoring & evaluation is often required. (en.saypro.online)
- Reporting & Accountability: Since many grants are conditional, regular reporting (financial, activity, outcome-based) is required. Failure to comply could lead to loss of future eligibility. While I couldnโt find a detailed published policy for all, Neftalyโs documentation implies rigorous oversight. (staff.saypro.online)
What to Watch Out For / Caveats
- Competition: Many of these funding opportunities are competitive. Having a strong proposal, clear budget, realistic targets, and evidence of past impact helps.
- Sustainability beyond the grant: Sometimes the funding is short-term. If you plan programmes that require ongoing funding, youโll need to show how sustainability will be achieved.
- Resource requirements besides cash: Some grants come with requirements for technical capacity, staff time, etc., which cost money even if not stipend. Donโt underestimate overhead.
- Reporting burden: Monitoring, evaluation, audits etc. These can be demanding. Make sure you have systems in place or partners who can help.
- Matching funds or co-financing: Some grants expect you to contribute some portion (money, in-kind) or find co-sponsors. Be sure to read the terms.

Neftaly Faith-Based Sector Partnership
Neftaly is an innovative organization that focuses on creating workforce opportunities for individuals with disabilities, and its Faith-Based Sector Partnership initiative is one of its most unique and impactful programs. This partnership leverages the collaborative strengths of faith-based communities to promote inclusion, empower individuals with disabilities, and create sustainable, meaningful employment opportunities.
What is the Neftaly Faith-Based Sector Partnership?
The Neftaly Faith-Based Sector Partnership is a strategic initiative designed to engage religious organizations and their networks to support and champion individuals with disabilities in the workforce. Neftaly works with churches, synagogues, mosques, and other religious institutions to provide training, resources, and job placements, ensuring that people with disabilities have access to fulfilling and stable careers.
Through this partnership, Neftaly helps faith-based communities become advocates for disability inclusion, working to break down the social, economic, and physical barriers that often prevent individuals with disabilities from finding and sustaining meaningful employment. The faith community, with its history of social justice and community care, serves as an ideal platform for spreading awareness and fostering opportunities for people with disabilities.
Key Components of the Partnership
- Training & Education: Neftaly offers specialized training programs to religious leaders, volunteers, and congregations. These programs help raise awareness about disabilities, how to create accessible environments, and the importance of inclusive hiring practices.
- Advocacy & Awareness Campaigns: The partnership uses the power of faith-based networks to advocate for disability rights and inclusion in the workplace. Religious leaders often play a pivotal role in changing societal attitudes and rallying communities to act. Neftaly collaborates with these leaders to promote understanding and encourage faith communities to become more inclusive.
- Job Placement & Internship Opportunities: Neftaly assists individuals with disabilities in securing internships and full-time positions, both within the faith-based community and in the broader business sector. The partnership facilitates job matching, career counseling, and mentorship programs to ensure that individuals are well-prepared for the workforce.
- Community Building & Support: One of the most powerful aspects of this initiative is the focus on building a supportive community for people with disabilities. By aligning with faith-based institutions, Neftaly creates a sense of belonging and connection that goes beyond employment. This community support ensures long-term success in both personal and professional life.
- Employer Partnerships: Neftaly works closely with employers, particularly those connected to faith-based organizations, to promote inclusive hiring practices and accessible workplace environments. Employers are trained on the benefits of hiring individuals with disabilities and how to create a work culture that is both inclusive and accommodating.
Why Faith-Based Partnerships?
Faith-based organizations are often deeply committed to social justice, inclusion, and service to others, making them ideal partners for this type of initiative. Religious communities are uniquely positioned to influence and inspire change, offering a broad network of support that extends beyond the workplace.
Furthermore, many faith-based institutions already have social service programs that help marginalized populations, making them natural allies in the fight for disability inclusion. Through these existing relationships, Neftaly can create a bridge between faith communities and the corporate world, ensuring that people with disabilities are not left behind.
The Impact of the Neftaly Faith-Based Sector Partnership
- Increased Access to Employment: The partnership has created pathways to employment for thousands of individuals with disabilities who might have otherwise faced significant barriers in the job market.
- Changing Perceptions of Disability: By leveraging the influence of religious leaders, Neftaly has been able to shift public attitudes about disabilities, promoting greater understanding and reducing stigma.
- Building Stronger Communities: The initiative strengthens faith-based communities by encouraging inclusion and fostering a culture of acceptance. When a community comes together to support its most vulnerable members, everyone benefits.
- Improving Employer Diversity: Employers who participate in Neftalyโs program gain access to a diverse pool of talent. Hiring people with disabilities not only strengthens the workforce but also promotes corporate social responsibility and compliance with diversity initiatives.
- Sustainability: The long-term impact of this partnership is clear. As faith-based institutions continue to advocate for inclusion, more and more organizations will follow suit, creating a more equitable and accessible job market for individuals with disabilities.
Conclusion
The Neftaly Faith-Based Sector Partnership represents a powerful example of how cross-sector collaboration can create meaningful change. By harnessing the influence and resources of faith-based communities, Neftaly is breaking down barriers, changing perceptions, and creating sustainable, inclusive employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. This initiative not only benefits people with disabilities but also enriches the broader community by promoting the values of inclusivity, compassion, and mutual respect.

Video 2: Implementing Effective Donor Feedback Systems for Continuous Improvement
Objective:
This video will focus on how Neftaly collects, listens to, and acts on donor feedback to improve engagement, strengthen relationships, and ensure that donor expectations are met. The CMO will explain the importance of having structured feedback mechanisms in place to ensure that donors feel heard and valued. These feedback systems also help Neftaly continuously improve its programs and fundraising efforts, making donors feel like active partners in the organizationโs success.Key Topics:
- The Importance of Donor Feedback:
- Why gathering donor feedback is essential to ensure donor satisfaction and program improvement.
- How feedback systems build trust by demonstrating that Neftaly listens to donor concerns, values their opinions, and is committed to improving its operations.
- Different Types of Feedback Systems:
- Surveys and Polls: How Neftaly uses donor satisfaction surveys and engagement polls (via email, websites, or social media) to gather insights on donorsโ experiences, expectations, and satisfaction levels.
- Direct Conversations: The role of one-on-one calls, virtual meetings, or focus groups to gain more in-depth feedback from key donors and major supporters.
- Feedback via Donor Platforms: How Neftaly uses online platforms and portals for donors to easily provide feedback, ask questions, and share concerns.
- How Feedback is Collected and Analyzed:
- The process of gathering feedback through quantitative tools (such as donor satisfaction scores) and qualitative feedback (such as open-ended comments and suggestions).
- The importance of tracking feedback trends to identify areas for improvement, whether itโs related to donor communication, program impact, or fundraising processes.
- Example: How Neftaly uses a customer relationship management (CRM) system to track donor feedback, interactions, and engagement history, enabling more personalized and responsive communication.
- Responding to Donor Feedback:
- How Neftaly demonstrates accountability by acting on feedback and making real-time adjustments to programs or communication strategies.
- Examples of how feedback has led to changes, such as improved reporting processes, new donor engagement activities, or enhanced transparency in financial reporting.
- How closed-loop feedback is used, where donors are informed about the changes made as a result of their input, reinforcing the idea that their voice matters.
- Transparency and Communication in Action:
- How Neftaly communicates the results of donor feedback to stakeholders, showing that the organization is committed to continuous improvement.
- How Neftaly might send out feedback summary reports or hold Q&A sessions where donors can see how their feedback has been incorporated into changes and improvements.
Audience Engagement:
- The video will encourage donors to participate in upcoming surveys or provide feedback through digital channels, ensuring they understand the value of their input.
- A call-to-action will invite donors to share their thoughts or sign up for a feedback session or webinar to voice their opinions on how Neftaly can improve.

Regular engagement with donors through feedback helps Neftaly identify areas for improvement, resulting in more effective programs and better communication strategies. It also helps increase the impact of campaigns and initiatives by aligning them with donor expectations and needs. - Encouraging New Donations and Support:
