The Rooms Division Attendant is responsible for exceeding Rooms Division targets, reducing friction points, and ensuring guest satisfaction. They utilize Princess MedallionClass products, services, and applications to maximize the guest and teammate experience. They take ownership of product delivery and apply the Service Excellence philosophy.
The Rooms Division Attendant maintains the company’s standard of housekeeping, sanitation, and maintenance in accordance with HESS protocols. Key Responsibilities
The Fitter Carpet is responsible for consistently maintaining all carpeted areas onboard using established carpet fitting techniques and standards, and ensure the highest standard of replacement/repair of all carpet in all guest and crew accommodation and public areas.Â
This includes responding promptly and efficiently to authorized carpet defect reports and ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
The role requires a professional demeanor at all times, starting with a warm and respectful greeting and maintaining a clean, presentable appearance.Â
The Fitter Carpet must also keep the workplace clean and organized, and handle all tools and equipment with care.

Manage all aspects of horticultural products onboard, including storage, preparation, and presentation.

Neftaly007-2-26-3-1: All Neftaly Fleet Management Drivers, Managers, Officers, Volunteers and Interns must be in a position of Drivers License for the vehicle they are in position or licensed to drive.
Neftaly007-2-26-3-2: A driver with a Code 10 can drive a Bakkie with light goods or goods that are not tied with a rope. The bakkie must be closed.
Neftaly007-2-26-3-3: If the Code 10 driver will carry a heavy load, he or she must be in a position of PrDP licensed Drivers License. The license must be valid while driving.
Neftaly007-2-26-3-4: Once the license document expires, the driver will no longer be in position. This means that when the license expires, he or she will lose the job. No driver will drive small or large Neftaly vehicles without a driver’s license. If the license has expired, he or she must stop or be dismissed.
Neftaly007-2-26-4: Neftaly Human Capital Reckless Driving
Neftaly007-2-26-4-1: As per Neftaly007-2-26-1, Neftaly will respect and honour the law as expected. Neftaly does not tolerate reckless driving or poor driving by Neftaly Human Capital.
Neftaly007-2-26-4-2: The public can send a video or pictures showing reckless driving, poor parking or complaints about Neftaly Fleets. Should a complaint be received? Neftaly Royal Committee and Neftaly Royal Chiefs will deal with them. It is essential to punish any Neftaly Human Capital who breaches these Procedures to be disciplined and be dismissed with immediate effect.
Neftaly007-2-26-4-3: No reckless Driving will be permitted by all means.
Neftaly007-2-26-4-4: Neftaly Human Capital employees are prohibited from driving while tired or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. They should be dismissed immediately if they have not complied with these procedures.
Neftaly007-2-26-4-5: Neftaly Human Capital are not allowed to have an accident. Should any Neftaly Human Capital be in an accident, and Neftaly Human Capital has not complied with or has breached national and international laws?
