La mission Prรฉsente en Haรฏti depuis 2004, Solidaritรฉs International (SI) possรจde une solide expรฉrience de rรฉponse dโ€™urgence, construite aprรจs la tempรชte Jeanne et renforcรฉe lors de crises majeures (cyclone 2016, sรฉisme 2021, รฉpidรฉmies). Acteur clรฉ du secteur EHA, mais aussi de la sรฉcuritรฉ alimentaire, des moyens dโ€™existence et de la nutrition, SI intervient depuis plus de dix ans auprรจs des populations les plus vulnรฉrables, notamment les personnes dรฉplacรฉes internes (PDI) et les communautรฉs hรดtes. Descriptif de l’offre Sous la supervision et avec le soutien du/de la chargรฉ.e de subventions (grant coo), le/la Chargรฉ.e Reporting et de la communication (RCO) a pour rรดle principal de produire et de synthรฉtiser des rapports, des propositions de projets et tout autre document de communication. Il/Elle participe ร  assurer la conformitรฉ avec les rรฉglementations des bailleurs de fonds. Il/Ellecontribue ร  l’amรฉlioration de la communication interne de la mission. Il/Elle est รฉgalement impliquรฉ.e dans la conception d’une stratรฉgie de communication pour un public externe. Maintenir des productions รฉcrites de qualitรฉ, en franรงais et en anglais. Participer, avec le/la grant coo au renforcement des capacitรฉs des collรจgues sur le terrain en matiรจre de rรฉdaction de rapports et de propositions de projet, au regard des attentes des bailleurs. Contribuer au dรฉveloppement des supports de communication interne et externe. Participer au renforcement des connaissances de la mission sur les stratรฉgies des bailleurs. Participer ร  la compilation de la documentation dans le cadre des audits. Votre profil Diplรดme supรฉrieur en sciences politiques, dรฉveloppement et/ou relations internationales ou รฉquivalent. Expรฉrience dans le secteur humanitaire : 0-2 ans Une premiรจre expรฉrience sur un poste similaire serait un atout Expรฉriences et compรฉtences techniques : Compรฉtences techniques Connaissance des rรจgles et des procรฉdures de plusieurs bailleurs institutionnels. Capacitรฉs rรฉdactionnelles, dโ€™analyse et de synthรจse. Capacitรฉs de planification, organisation et coordination Compรฉtences transversales Connaissances en outils et supports de communication et appรฉtence pour les dรฉvelopper. Sens de la diplomatie et expรฉrience de travail dans un milieu interculturel. Appรฉtence pour les dรฉplacements sur le terrain. Langues : Franรงais, รฉcrit et oral Anglais, รฉcrit et oral SI vous offrira les conditions suivantes Un poste salariรฉ : Selon l’expรฉrience, ร  partir de EUR 2035 bruts par mois (1850 salaire de base + 10% d’indemnitรฉ de congรฉ annuel versรฉe mensuellement) et un Per Diem mensuel de USD 750 SI couvre รฉgalement les frais de logement et les frais de dรฉplacement entre le pays d’origine de l’expatriรฉ et le lieu d’affectation. Breaks : Pendant la mission, un systรจme d’alternance entre travail et congรฉs est mis en place ร  raison de 7 jours ouvrables tous les trois mois (avec USD 850 allouรฉs par Solidaritรฉs International). A ces pรฉriodes de pause, s’ajoute un jour de repos supplรฉmentaire par mois travaillรฉ. Couverture sociale et mรฉdicale : Les expatriรฉs bรฉnรฉficient d’une assurance qui rembourse tous les frais de santรฉ (y compris les frais mรฉdicaux et chirurgicaux, les soins dentaires et ophtalmologiques, le rapatriement) et d’un systรจme de prรฉvoyance incluant les risques de guerre. Les frais de vaccination et de traitement antipaludรฉen indispensables sont remboursรฉs. Le poste est basรฉ ร  Port au Prince, lโ€™hรฉbergement proposรฉ est en Guest house en chambres individuelles situรฉes dans un compound sรฉcurisรฉ situรฉ ร  1km du bureau. Le standard est trรจs correct (piscines, terrain de tennis, chambre avec salle de bain privative). Des restaurants, un supermarchรฉ, des magasins permettent de couvrir lโ€™ensemble des besoins.     Role Overview
    On behalf of our client, we are looking for high-energy individuals to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort within assigned staterooms. You will be responsible for the daily care of guest environments, ensuring our client’s rigorous standards for luxury and hygiene are met at all times.

    Key Responsibilities
    Service Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for the client’s guests, providing a warm, professional, and efficient service.

    Cleaning & Maintenance: Execute deep cleaning of guest staterooms and bathrooms twice daily (including Evening Turn-down).

    Compliance: Adhere to international maritime health and safety standards (USPH/UKPH) as directed by the Client’s Housekeeping Management.

    Inventory Management: Restock stateroom amenities and manage linen exchanges in accordance with the ship’s operational procedures.

    Problem Solving: Handle guest requests effectively and report any technical maintenance issues to the ship’s engineering department.

    Safety Duties: Participate in all mandatory safety and emergency drills as required by maritime law.

    Candidate Requirements
    Experience: 1–2 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury setting (4/5-star hotel or existing cruise line).

    Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently under tight schedules.

    Communication: Excellent English skills (the working language of the ship).

    Physicality: Must be fit and able to handle luggage and equipment (up to 25kg) and work long hours on your feet.

    Documentation: Must hold a valid Passport and be willing to undergo a Seafarer’s Medical (ENG1) and background checks.
