Particulièrement engagée dans le combat contre les maladies liées à l’eau insalubre, première cause de mortalité au monde, SI met en Å“uvre par ses interventions une expertise dans le domaine de l’accès à l’eau potable, l’assainissement et la promotion de l’hygiène mais également dans celui, essentiel, de la sécurité alimentaire et moyen d’existence. Présentes dans 26 pays, les équipes de SI – 3 200 personnes au total composées d’expatriés, de salariés nationaux, de permanents au siège, de quelques bénévoles…- interviennent avec professionnalisme et engagement dans le respect des cultures. Descriptif du poste Les missions incluent le suivi du cycle financier mensuel, la préparation de la clôture comptable annuelle en lien avec la comptabilité siège, le contrôle du suivi budgétaire des missions, la mise à jour des risques financiers et des prévisionnels d’encaissement bailleurs, ainsi que la validation des budgets de propositions et des rapports financiers. Le poste constitue le point de référence technique sur les exigences financières des bailleurs et contribue à la programmation annuelle du desk. Le ou la titulaire apporte un appui fonctionnel aux coordinateurs administratifs et financiers des pays : participation aux recrutements, briefings, suivi du travail, entretiens de performance, débriefings, ainsi que renforcement des capacités sur les aspects financiers et administratifs. Il ou elle appuie également les missions sur l’ensemble du cycle de subventions. Le poste comprend la supervision d’un-e assistant-e finance en alternance, depuis son recrutement jusqu’à l’évaluation, ainsi que la participation aux audits menés au siège. Le ou la contrôleur-se de gestion contribue par ailleurs aux travaux du pool contrôle de gestion, notamment au partage de pratiques et à l’évolution des outils et procédures. Votre profil Formation supérieure, de type école supérieure de commerce, maîtrise de gestion/finance, Expérience indispensable en ONG à un poste de coordination financière sur le terrain- 2 ans , ou à un poste similaire. Ce poste suppose une bonne maîtrise des procédures comptables et de gestion, une connaissance des règles des bailleurs de fonds (ECHO, UE, BHA, SDC , UNICEF, PAM…), un travail extrêmement rigoureux, des facilités relationnelles avec les différents services et les expatriés sur le terrain, Maîtrise des logiciels bureautiques les plus courants (Word et Excel), Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais, connaissance de l’espagnol est un plus Connaissance du logiciel comptable SAGA SI vous offrira les conditions suivantes Contrat CDD_ 3 mois_ Remplacement Poste basé au siège de Solidarités International, à Clichy la Garenne (Métro Mairie de Clichy) avec déplacements sur le terrain éventuel (20%) Possibilité de télétravail : 4 ou 12 jours de Télétravail par mois ou 100% de télétravail avec 3 jours de présentiel obligatoire par mois. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian forces, SI has been responding to the needs of the population living in areas under Government control. While programming in 2022 and 2023 was—rightly—focused on immediate emergency response, the year 2024 marked a transition toward a more balanced approach, combining both emergency and early recovery interventions.SI’s main strategic objective for 2025 is to strengthen and clearly position its comparative advantage in Ukraine. The ambition is for SI to build a recognized and demonstrable expertise in WASH and Shelter. The program strategy for 2025 therefore focuses on two core sectors—WASH and Shelter—and is structured around two strategic axes: 1. Respond to both acute and chronic emergencies2. Contribute to creating the conditions for dignified return or sustainable stay in stable areas through a recovery-oriented approach To maximize the impact of its interventions, SI aims to further enhance sectoral integration and promote localized approaches.In 2026, SI’s country program in Ukraine is expected to operate with a budget of approximately 10 million euros, with three field bases (Mykolaiv, Dnipro, Kharkiv), one coordination office in Kyiv, and a total of 110 staff, including around 20 expatriates.The main donors in 2026 will be, in order of funding volume: CDC, AFD, BHA, and ECHO.
